We’re sharing the best games and puzzles for Easter Baskets in 2026! Plus our simple family tradition for giving Easter Baskets.
For many families, ours included, Easter is a special day. We head to church, take part in egg hunts, enjoy some candy eggs, and visit family for delicious meals and good company.
We also enjoy giving our kids a little Easter Basket. We don’t go overboard, just something small with a few pieces of their favorite candy, maybe an art supply or two. Some years we do a group basket rather than individual Easter baskets.
This will likely come as no surprise, but we also love to turn the giving of Easter baskets into a game!
Before the egg hunt, we’ll hide a special golden egg for each kid that they must find before they can get their Easter Basket. Last year we created a riddle that, if solved correctly, would help lead them to their Golden Egg! The golden eggs can be anywhere, inside or outside, and the kids get so excited running around trying to find theirs.
It’s so fun and an easy way to create fun family traditions and memories.
