Games in our Game Case
A living list of all the games in our game case.
One thing that can be hard about the board game hobby is how much space it takes up. Over time, the shelves begin to fill with all of the fun games and before you know it, you’ve got multiple shelves with stacks of games creeping towards the ceiling.
We noticed that a lot of games tend to come in overly large packages compared to the actual game components. These boxes of air take up prime space on our shelves for games that really do require the large boxes they come on. And that’s to say nothing of the boxes that are awkward and hard to store or easily damaged.
For these small games in disguise, we started putting them in a photo case to help save space. You can learn all about that process in this post. As we’ve shown the case on Instagram and TikTok, many of you have asked for a list of all the games that fit inside. While that list is a bit too long to write (almost every card game can fit) we wanted to make a list of games that we personally have placed in our game case. Some of these live permanently in the case, others just for a short trip and then went back on the shelf.
Consider this a living blog post. As we add to the case, or discover more great games that fit, I’ll update this list!
Games in our Game Case
Animal Upon Animal: Dinosaurs
Biblios
Builders: Middle Ages
High Society (Our version is OOS, this looks like it should still fit)
Kingdomania (nice way to store this box-less game)
Las Vegas (Our version is OOS. If you ever find it at a thrift store don’t leave without it.)
Marvel Battleworld (nice way to store this box-less game)
Roll for It! (one box fits two of these so you can play up to 8)
Similo (fit multiple games in one box)
Splendor (requires two boxes, still saves space)
