You can’t go wrong with this game! Fun, Fast, Push your luck goodness. We love that our whole family can play it — even if it stings when the 5 year old wins.
2. Enchanted Plumes
My Favorite card game of the year! Assemble the most beautiful plumes by building rows of point scoring cards before the Peahen is revealed and the game ends. Full review here.
3. Mass Transit
We love the challenge of working together by playing our cards correctly to get all the workers to their destinations. This is a fast, addicting puzzle! As fun to play solo as it is with your friends.
4. The Crew: Mission Deep Sea
The follow up to last year’s love! For all you trick taking fans (cue me raising my hand jumping up and down,) make sure your family knows this is what you want to find in your stocking! (Hint hint, Adam!)

One of our oldest roll and writes! We love this game for its simplicity and ease. It’s the perfect size to pop into a stocking!

We love the direct head to head combat this small deck builder provides. Yes you can play it with more than two, but we find this is best as a 1v1 experience.
14. Patchwork – Americana Edition
This is a wonderful two player quilting puzzle game. Patchwork Americana is exactly the same as the original Patchwork, just re-themed and half the price!
15. Codenames
One of the biggest hits in party games! Codenames is a great game to gift during the holiday season with a low price point that makes it the perfect stocking stuffer — though you might have to sit it next to the stocking!
16. Air, Land, and Sea
This is a strategic 2 player game where you’ll try to outwit and outmatch your military opponent. Carefully deploy your forces and play your cards correctly to achieve victory.
17. Infinity Gauntlet: a Love Letter Game
My favorite version of Love Letter! Infinity Gauntlet is sure to make any Marvel fan snap with delight!
18. Deep Sea Adventure
Hunt treasure in the deep sea! Dive deep below the surface to bring back the most amazing treasures. But don’t stay below too long or you’ll run out of air to return to the surface.
19. Liars Dice
This is an old game from the 1800s and goes by many names, including Perudo. We enjoy playing this bluffing dice game with family around the table. It’s perfect for enjoying before dinner or with dessert.

Here’s another of our family’s staple games! Sequence is easily played by a wide range of ages and is the perfect board game for folks who think they don’t like games.
